We offer free tracked shipping on orders over $99 and prices include all duties and taxes so there are no nasty surprises. This includes the 10% universal import duty and reciprocal tariffs, announced on the 2nd April 2025
We will email you once we have despatched your order you will be able to track it via the tracking portal. You should receive your parcel within 7-16 days.
- Free shipping for standard parcels over $99
- $15 for standard parcels below $99
- $99 for bikes and bulky items
Bulky parcels include items such as: bikes, wheels, bike frames, sleeping bags, tents, sleeping mats and bouldering mats. Shipping charges are calculated in the checkout.
